 Squid with Garlic and Parsley

Ingredients for 6 people

          600 g. squid               
4 cloves garlic
Fresh parsley
   7 tablespoonsful olive oil    
Salt

 

 
 

Squid with Garlic and Parsley (Sepias con ajo y perejil)

Clean squid well, removing all the insides. Wash inside and outside and dry on kitchen towel.
Peel and chopp the garlic. Heat a frying pan and add garlic, squid and parsley. 
Fry for 4 or 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
