Potatoes in Paprika Sauce
Ingredients for 6 people
6 medium sized potatoes |
1/2 kg ripe tomatoes |
1/2 teaspoonful tabasco sauce |
Olive Oil |
Salt |
Potatoes in Paprika Sauce (Patatas Bravas)
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes, drying well with kitchen towels.
Heat abundant oil in a pan and fry until golden. Remove and put by, hot.
Peel and chop tomatoes and fry in a little oil. Add tabasco.
Season, stir well and pour sauce over potatoes.
