Mussels in a Garlic Mayonnaise Sauce
Ingredients for 8 people
1 kg mussels |
2 cups of mayonnaise sauce |
2 clove garlic |
Chopped parsley |
Mussels in a Garlic Mayonnaise Sauce (Mejillones con Alioli)
Clean mussels, scraping them under cold water from the tap.
Place in a pot with two fingers of water. Cover and cook until the shells open.
Remove one shell from each mussel.
Mix mayonnaise sauce with finely chooped garlic and parsley.
Spread over mussels and serve.
