  Ingredients for 10 people

200 g Iberian Ham
2oo g  Iberian Chorizo
200 g Iberian cured pork loin
200 g Iberian Salchichon
10 slices bread
2 ripe tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil

 

 
Iberian Cold Cuts (Iberian Cold Cuts)

Cut all the cold meats into thin slices.  
Spread extra virgin olive oil over the bread. 
Cut tomatoes in half and spread pulp over bread.
Arrange cold meats attractively on a large plat, accompanied by the tomato bread.
