Chorizo Sausage in Cider


Ingredients for 4 people

 

         250g chorizo       
          1 litre cider          

 

 

 

 

 Chorizo Sausage in Cider (Chorizo a la Sidra)

Cut Chorizo into slices approximately 3 cm thick.
Place the Chorizo in an earthenware bowl and cover with cider.
Simmer for around 15 minutes and serve, preferably hot.
