Artichokes with Anchovies

Ingredients for 6 people

   9 anchovies in olive oil  
18 artichoke hearts
2 sweet red peppers
 4 tablespoonsful olive oil
1 tablespoonsful sherry vinegar 
Parsley
Salt

 

 Artichokes with Anchovies (Alcachofas con Anchoas)

 
Place the artichoke hearts in a platter.

Slice anchovies lenghtways and arrange two pieces crosswise over each artichoke heart.

Slice peppers into strips and arrange them in the middle of the artichokes.

Mix oil, vinegar, salt and parsley in a bowl and pour mixture over artichokes.
