We will be cooking  healthy typical vegetarian Spanish food.

Another way to prepare vegetables, tasty and fun.

 · Grilled vegetables (Parrillada de verduras)
 · Stuffed aubergine (Berenjenas rellenas)
 · Spanish style ratatouille (Pisto manchego)

Dinner or Lunch at the end of the course. Sodas, regular and gluten free beer or Spanish wine is included.
All dishes are GLUTEN FREE.
