Basque Country Tapas Course

 

Basque Country is a Spanish county of northren Spain. Bilbao is the largest city and San Sebastian is one the most beautiful and expensive of Spain.

The well-known chef Ferran Adria says that San Sebastian is probably the best city to eat, in terms of quality, variety and availability of the food.  The most popular dishes are made with seafood and fish.

 

 

Contents:

· Seafood Cocktail (Cocktail de Marisco)

· Cod with peppers (Bacalao con pimientos)

· Pancetta Stuffed mushrooms (Champiñones rellenos de bacon)

· Banana finger in apple and honey sauce (Rollitos de banana y bacon con salsa de manzana y miel)

Dinner or Lunch at the end of the course. Sodas, regular and gluten free beer or Spanish wine is included.
All dishes are GLUTEN FREE.
