Prawns in Garlic

 
Ingredients for 4 people

 

      250 g peeled prawns        
           3 cloves garlic
           1 chilli pepper
    4 tablesponsful olive oil  
                  Salt

 

 
Prawns in Garlic (Gambas al Ajillo)

Peel garlic, cut into slices and place in earthenware or ovenproof dishes with cold olive oil and the chilli peper.
Heat, and when the garlic is golden add prawns and salt. Stir, cover and turn off the heat to complete cooking.
Serve hot.
